Virtual Learning Program
The CoreNet Global Young Leaders Programs Committee is proud to present the latest Virtual Learning Programs (VLPs) for 2020.
The programs are structured to give CoreNet Global members the educational background, data justifications, and lessons learned from top CRE executives experimenting with cutting-edge initiatives to take their organizations further.
Our panel of CRE experts convened on Thursday, October 15th at 11:30 a.m. EST and explored Sustainability in Corporate Real Estate. 90% of S&P 500 Index companies published Sustainability/Responsibility Reports in 2019. Many institutional investors and shareholders value sustainability as a means to improve performance and mitigate risk. Sustainability initiatives continue to evolve as companies strive to meet the demands of stakeholders by balancing the triple bottom line: People, Planet, and Profit.
As leaders in CRE, it is important to understand the role which real estate plays in achieving enterprise-level sustainability goals. We discussed current trends, best practices, and the different ways global companies are aligning real estate objectives with sustainability goals.
